Our prices
Our prices are quoted exclusive of local tax. These are package prices (room with breakfast), therefore no discount will be deducted for bookings without breakfast or departures without breakfast.

Booking and down payment
Please note that we accept bookings in writing only. We will send you a confirmation of the booking including down payment terms. 

If we have not received a down payment by the specified date, this will be considered a breach of contract and your booking will be cancelled.

Please provide the following details for all guests at least one week before arrival:
First name, last name, address (street, postcode, city), nationality, date of birth and passport or ID card number. We use this data to issue the guest pass (which gives you a discount on the ski pass) and/or the Silvretta Card

Check-in

• Please let us know your arrival time a few days in advance. 
• You’re welcome to check in during the morning. Parking is available too.
• You will be issued with your guest pass / Silvretta Card on arrival.
• You are welcome to have breakfast with us on the day you arrive. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. (surcharge applies)
• The rooms are available from midday.
• Check-in for guests of the Enzian guesthouse is also at the Helvetia bed and breakfast hotel.

Self-check-in
To ensure a relaxed arrival without time pressure, we offer a self-check-in option. We will provide you with the necessary information a few days before your arrival.

Check-out

• We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.
• If you are planning to depart later, you are welcome to store your luggage at the hotel.
• By arrangement, you can also park your car with us on the day of departure.
• Check-out for guests of the Enzian guesthouse is also at the Helvetia bed and breakfast hotel.

Cancellation
In the event of late arrival, early departure, illness, accident or no-show, the room rate for the days booked will be charged in accordance with the Austrian hotel terms and conditions. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only.

Cancellation fees:
Up to 3 months before arrival, a processing fee will be charged for cancellation or refund of the down payment (for bookings made through booking platforms, their stated conditions apply).

• 3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the total hotel bill
• 1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total hotel bill
• 1 week to 1 day before arrival – 90% of the total hotel bill

Travel cancellation insurance:
We highly recommend booking a travel cancellation insurance together with your trip! Please visit www.europaeische.at for more information.

Short stay surcharge:
For short stays up to three days we charge an extra fee.

Discount for children

• Depending on age, on request.
• Discounts only for children using the extra bed with 2 adults paying the full price

Occupancy
The minimum occupancy for a double room is 2 adults paying the full price; if you wish to book a double room for single use, you will be charged the full price for 2 people.

Ski room/bicycle storage room
The ski room/bicycle storage room with shoe dryer is located in the basement and can be accessed with a code. We will give you the code when you arrive. In the summer you may clean your bike outside the ski room. The Enzian guesthouse also has a ski room in the basement.

E-charging station (public):

Charging capacity: 22kW

Plug: Type 2 

Billing is based on fair rates per kWh. Payment is made by credit card or the guest's RFID card. The charging station accepts all the main European cards.

Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Helvetia bed and breakfast hotel or the Enzian guesthouse.

The general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (= Austrian hotel contract conditions) do apply.
